Translating Analytics into High Impact Creative
CREATIVE DIRECTOR | PRODUCER | STRATEGIST | PROJECT MANAGER
BRIDGING CREATIVITY AND ANALYTICS TO DRIVE STRATEGY
Sahil thrives at the intersection of creative vision and analytical precision, acting as a translator between creative, business, operational, and production teams.
With a deep understanding of both storytelling and data-driven decision-making, he specializes in leveraging technology to optimize workflows and transforming analytics into strategic creative direction. He has played a key role in reshaping post-production marketing workflows at Netflix and BMP Creative, helping campaigns generate billions of views across 40+ original titles. Additionally, he led social media and marketing strategy overhauls at Cpics, driving triple-digit percent growth in reach, engagement, followers, and platform subscribers.
NETFLIX | BMP CREATIVE
Post Production Supervisor | Creative Producer | Project Manager
At Netflix and BMP Creative, I managed post-production workflows for over 700 videos across 40+ original titles, ensuring content was optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and X. I worked closely with agency partners, internal teams, and clients to bring creative concepts to life, from high-energy sports events like Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson—which amassed 1.6B+ social impressions and joined Netflix’s exclusive Billi Club—to prestige campaigns like Our Oceans in collaboration with President Barack Obama and Higher Ground Productions.
I also led rapid-turnaround edits for major global moments like Squid Game S2 Premieres and provided creative and culturally thoughtful insights on campaigns for Rhythm + Flow S2, Rez Ball, The Six Triple Eight, It's What's Inside, and more. Across every project, my focus was on delivering high-quality, engaging content that resonated with audiences at scale.

Sahil has done an absolutely masterful job in the 9 months he has freelanced with BMP Creative. Having both worked as a video editor as well as a post supervisor - he has shown an understanding of both creative execution and insight as well as a deep appreciation of the importance of process and structure. Due to the fast paced and shifting landscape of the creative marketing space, Sahil has had to forecast coming needs and adapt to new requests - leading and working with various creative producers and providing guidance and technical support to editors. He has shown good leadership by both being a commanding creative voice in the room and showing no hesitation in jumping into the mix with any of his teams to see a job through to completion. It has been a real pleasure to collaborate and work alongside Sahil during his time with BMP Creative.
— Phil Loeb, Director of Post Production - Netflix UCAN, BMP Creative

CPICS.TV
At Cpics.tv, I led creative direction and video production, overseeing the strategy, development, and execution of 50+ video assets that generated over 4M social media views. I spearheaded a full-scale revamp of the platform’s video marketing approach, leveraging audience insights to drive a 925% increase in reach, a 639% boost in engagement, and a 46% growth in followers. I also helped launch Film Fridays, a campaign that built relationships with filmmakers and talent to create original content that cross-promoted Cpics’ film library.
Creative Director | Video Producer | Strategist
For The Gems of Ruby Hill, Cpics’ first original series, I developed and executed a 360° marketing campaign that spanned paid, owned, and earned media. This included securing a Times Square billboard, coordinating press coverage, and producing 35+ social assets that drove audience engagement and a sold-out 300+ attendee premiere. Across all projects, I worked cross-functionally to streamline workflows, elevate content strategy, and scale Cpics’ digital presence.
Sahil is an incredibly talented individual. During his tenure at Cpics, he successfully managed social media, produced engaging content, directed reels, and served as the primary cinematographer for a significant portion of our social media materials. Additionally, he made substantial contributions to producing shows for Cpics TV, generating ideas for TV shows, editing the TV show "Fashion Forward with Ricky," and overseeing and creating the shot division for the upcoming movie of Kavi Raz. His time with us was invaluable in shaping Cpics' digital brand image. With his skill set, he consistently garnered us more followers, views, and even achieved viral status for several videos. He undoubtedly represents an invaluable asset to any company he chooses to work with in the near future.

UCONN | OFFICE OF GLOBAL AFFAIRS
Digital Media Producer | Creative Producer | Project Manager
As a Digital Media Producer for the Office of Global Affairs, I led the creative direction and launch of #UConnGlobalAtHome, a university-wide campaign designed to foster connection and cross-cultural engagement during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. The initiative brought together 500+ students, faculty, and staff from across the globe through 10 live virtual events—ranging from dance lessons to cooking classes and global forums.
As part of the broader UKindness Initiative, this was a joint effort of offices across UConn’s Office of Global Affairs—including the Center for International Students and Scholars (CISS) and the Office of Global Partnerships and Outreach (GPO). In collaboration with these partners, I helped oversee creative development, video production, and event marketing, crafting content that emphasized shared humanity and community even in isolation. The campaign played a key role in maintaining international engagement and morale during a time of immense uncertainty, and was recognized as a model for digital cultural programming within higher education.

As part of the Abrahamic Initiative, I co-produced a documentary that explored the role of faith traditions in shaping human responses to climate change. The project centered around the Abrahamic Traditions and Environmental Change workshop held in Rhodes, Greece, and later screened at the 2020 Holy Land Living Water Conference in Jordan. In collaboration with my production partner, I led hybrid production workflows across the U.S., Europe, and the MENA region—researching and conducting interviews with over 20 leading voices in politics, religion, business, and academia. From pre-production planning and travel coordination to directing, filming, and editing, I helped translate a complex, cross-disciplinary conversation into a compelling and accessible visual narrative. The film highlighted the shared ecological roots of the Abrahamic faiths and opened up new conversations around global collaboration and environmental stewardship.

In every project and at every stage of work, Sahil has demonstrated exceptional maturity, creativity, and focus. Beyond his work at the University, Sahil has also spearheaded his own social impact startup while building an impressive portfolio of production experience, both in front of and behind the camera, straddling documentary and fiction.
Sahil is that rare individual who combines visionary leadership capacity with team spirit, and great storytelling instincts with methodical organizational skill. He is an extremely quick learner and has excelled at every technical and logistical challenge that has come his way. Perhaps most importantly, he is a warm and generous human being with great people skills. I give Sahil my highest recommendation and wish him every success.
